The hotel is located in a beautiful coastal area, providing stunning ocean views from the hot spring. Guests were pleased with the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure their comfort. the Fukuyama family's warm hospitality, including personally serving meals and offering assistance with navigation, was greatly appreciated.
It seems that there is no elevator in the building, which may pose an inconvenience for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

Lovely hotel with great service! the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. They even offer to carry your luggage to your room, which is great for those who have difficulty with stairs. the food is fantastic and the hot springs with ocean views are amazing! Plus, the location is very convenient as it's close to the bus station and other attractions.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but the staff are happy to help with the luggage. there are some stairs to go down to access the hot springs, so it might be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

We had a memorable stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. Moreover, the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. We also appreciated the complimentary parking and easy access to transportation options. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. we were impressed with the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel had a beautiful view and great food. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even provided transportation to nearby destinations. The hot springs were relaxing and perfect for a winter vacation.
The hotel lacked any Christmas decorations or festivities. The rooms were also outdated and not as clean as we hoped.
